The hotel is quiet and beautiful, with excellent staff at the reception. the rooms are spacious and impressive, equipped with climate control and a seating area. the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is fairly clean.

The bed was super comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the room was clean and had two complementary bottles of water which was a nice touch. the hotel was located in close proximity to the airport which was convenient.

The staff were not very friendly and could use some customer service training. I had to pay a deposit for my room even though I had already prepaid which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a spacious room with three beds and an additional mattress, which was perfect for my group. The hotel also had basic amenities like Wi-Fi and a comfy bed. Additionally, the location was fantastic, right in front of Nilai Square where I had the opportunity to meet people and explore the city center. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.
